Brands, creators and agents all start here. We read every one ourselves, and if we're not a fit we'll say so rather than leave you waiting.
What happens next
We read it ourselves, usually replying within two working days. If your product fits the channels you get a specific proposal rather than a generic deck.
What we don't do
We don't guarantee views, we don't sell followers, and we don't take products our audience has no reason to care about.
Your first four weeks
Week 1. Broadcast basics and community guidelines. The goal is
simply being comfortable on camera.
Week 2. Using LIVE Match to bring viewers in, finding your theme, reading your
numbers. The rule this week is never go quiet for more than ten seconds.
Week 3. You set your own targets: fan club, matches per week, hours live.
Active fans get promoted to moderators.
Week 4. Campaigns, and sharpening the content.
Before you apply
Support and benefits are tied to hours live and days live. You should know that now rather than after signing. We do not guarantee income.
Who can join
19+ and not currently signed to another network. If you left one within the last 60 days you aren't eligible yet. Which regions we can sign in depends on the platform, so tell us where you are and we'll say.
How the work runs
Four people to a team: one lead, three members. Ten minutes before close each day the team reviews who showed promise, what was said, and at what moment someone changed their mind. Everyone gets to use the answer.
Training
Platform rules, who is actually eligible to sign, and the two things that genuinely move a creator's income: matches (PK) and hours live.
Who fits
Sales or communication experience suits this well. Consistency matters more than a CV, because recruiting is never a one-conversation job.
